    $52,000-$70,000 per year including base and incentives

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Contents Restoration Job Coordinator & Crew Leader to join our growing team.

Position Overview

As the Contents Restoration Job Coordinator & Crew Leader, you will oversee and manage the packing, inventory, and transport of residential contents affected by loss events. You will lead field crews on-site, ensure proper handling of items ranging from everyday belongings to high-value and specialty items, and act as a key point of communication with clients and insurance professionals.



Requirements:
Professionalism, people-oriented and highly organized.
Applicant must be able to pass background check and possess clean driving record (must be able to drive company vans and trucks).
Ability to consistently lift and carry up to up to 100 lbs. or more on a daily basis (consisting of bags of clothes to electronics and furniture)
 
 
Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination
  • Lead and coordinate contents pack-outs for residential properties
  • Ensure items are properly documented, packed, and staged for restoration or storage
Team Leadership
  • Supervise, train, and motivate restoration crew members
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, quality, and safety on all job sites
Inventory Management
  • Accurately catalog all contents using inventory/tracking software
  • Document condition, location, and assigned treatment plans
Specialty Item Handling
  • Manage the careful handling of delicate, high-value, and specialty items, including: 
    • Electronics
    • Artwork
    • Antiques
    • Textiles and collectibles
Client & Adjuster Communication
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal team members
  • Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the process
Packing & Transportation
  • Oversee proper packing, labeling, and loading of contents
  • Coordinate transportation to restoration facilities or storage locations
Safety & Compliance
  • Enforce all safety protocols and industry best practices
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Quality Control
  • Perform final job-site inspections to verify completeness, accuracy, and quality standards

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in contents restoration, moving, or a related field 
    • Prior crew leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of contents restoration processes and best practices
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • Physical Ability: Capable of lifting, carrying, and packing heavy items in physically demanding environments
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Technology Skills: Experience with inventory or restoration software is a plus
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Driving Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus)
  • Background Screening: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

 
 
We Offer:
 Full-time position
 Job hours are typically Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm, overtime may be available weekly, and we also work several Saturdays. You will be on call (emergency response) periodically.
Hourly wage starts at $20 to $23/hour
PTO 2 Weeks
